Heuglins Guest House on Winmarleigh Farm is a small guest house just outside White River in Mpumalanga, offering the perfect Bed and Breakfast accommodation as well as conferencing facilities. Close to many amenities, the lodge exudes a peaceful country atmosphere within a secure, peaceful, well-wooded area with prolific birdlife.

The historic main homestead was built in 1920 from unbaked brick and was one of the original farm houses in the White River area. The dining room/lounge/bar has been designed to reflect the ambience of the main dwelling. You are assured of a "home-from-home" feeling when you drive through the gates. Our warm hospitality is legendary; guests are welcomed like long-lost friends – and, in fact, many become friends because they return so often!

Heuglins Guest House is only five minutes from the town of White River, and Nelspruit, Mpumalanga's capital, is about 20 minutes away. It is close to many facilities and activities in the White River area, such as:

White River has a temperate climate, and does not fall within the malaria belt. Malaria prophylactics are not necessary unless you plan to visit the Kruger National Park or areas further afield.
