General

• Guests may check-in any time from 14h00. Rooms are to be vacated by 11h00.
• Airport transfers may be arranged at an extra cost.
• Should guests check-out before breakfast, a packed breakfast may be arranged.
• Service charge is discretionary.

Children

• Under the age of 10 years, they are accommodated free of charge sharing with 2 adults.
• Children breakfast charge: 0-2 yrs = free 3-12 yrs = R 45.00.
• Children occupying their own room pay full rate.

Deposit Policy

• 30% payment is required on all bookings made from 4 weeks, with an exception of block bookings of 4 rooms or more, for which the deposit is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.
• Reservations are only confirmed on receipt of a deposit or a credit card number.
• 100% non-refundable payment is required on all bookings made 7 – 0 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancelled 30 - 15 days prior to arrival - 30% of deposit retained.
• Cancelled 14 - 8 days prior to arrival - 50% of deposit retained.
• Cancelled 7 – 0 days prior to arrival – 100% will be retained.

World Cub - Deposit Policy

• 100% payment for bookings made from 6 months prior to arrival.
• No refunds given after full payment has been received.
